The Archive Co Opens New Electrolyzer Testing Laboratory
The Archive Co has opened a new electrolyzer testing laboratory at its San Francisco headquarters, giving the firm's hydrogen consulting practice the ability to run independent performance and durability validation on electrolyzer stacks up to 2 MW in scale.
The facility will primarily support client due diligence engagements, allowing The Archive Co engineers to validate vendor performance claims directly rather than relying solely on vendor-reported test data, a gap several clients had identified as a limitation in prior technology selection processes.
"Independent validation has been the missing piece in a lot of our hydrogen diligence work," the practice noted. "Being able to run a stack under our own test protocol changes the quality of advice we can give a client making a nine-figure investment decision."
